Remove toxic items in your home. Products with perfumes, flame retardants, plastics, and glue cause disease by exposing you and your loved ones in your home and by polluting our drinking water, seafood from our rivers, lagoons, and ocean water, and soil that nourishes our food and our livestock’s food.
- Kitchen – dishsoap, dishwasher detergent, sponge, plastic tupperware, nonstick or plastic cookware, plastic dishes and utensils, and cleansers.
- Bedrooms – candles, bedding, pillows, and rugs.
- Bathrooms – soap, toothpaste, lotion, feminine products, perfume, and makeup.
- Laundry Room – Detergent, stain remover, fabric softener, and dryer sheets.
Replace with nontoxic items. These are some of my favorites.
